It has been months since I have done one of these weekly pull blogs and to be honest I am not really certain where to start. I know I usually go on some sort of tangent about something going on in the world of comics but I can't pull too much out of my back pocket.
Did anyone see Wolverine? No? Me either....
I will note that I am finally reading a book that is outside of the Marvel spectrum. I (luckily) followed my gut and started picking up Six-Gun Gorilla while I was on hiatus and have been very pleased with the work within. I will discuss that further when I review issue #3.
Oh well, since I am a bit lost for words I will just jump into my books for the week:

Notice the heavy amount of Spider-Man and X-Men. I think I may need to start re-evaluating my pulls to build up more variety. At this rate I do have a book or two teetering on the drop list so I may find space soon enough. Okay, enough of that...reviews will follow soon. Happy to be back everyone and happy reading!

ReplyDeleteHaha yeah, I had to take a step back and just enjoy reading comics again. It became a little time crunchy to do the blog every week and I was losing my love for it. Alas, I think my break did me good and I should be updating weekly again.
