"In The Midst Of Wolves Part 2"

I love the fact that Kaine has been built up as a character so much that it is starting to become harder to remember that the guy is even a clone. It hadn't even crossed my mind in a few issues until it became very blatant in this issue.

We pick up with Kaine left bleeding to death after that attack from the wolves at the end of issue #13. He is close to death if not actually "dead" as he has been in the past. The majority of the issue is dealing with Kaine figuring out who he is and what he is willing to accept to be alive. Ultimately, the need of him to be around for Aracely forces him into a decision that may lead into some interesting issues to follow...OR one quick fix to this choice could be implemented very quickly. It is hard to really figure it out when it comes to any Spider-Man story lines.

I am excited to see that we may start getting some history on who Aracely actually is. Her mystery has clung to her since the early issues of this title and it is refreshing to see it approached again. As of right now I am very hopeful that this arc will be phenomenal as this title is known to be but wouldn't be too surprised if it falls flat in the end.
