The first half of this issue was darkly drawn and quick paced. It makes a lot of sense for Clint Barton to be firing arrows at the flyer of the X-Men. The fight is fast as always with lots of projectiles and punches. It seems unfair that Angel also has Psylocke fighting on his side but Clint knows how to use that to his advantage. The fight escalates quickly and becomes pretty brutal by the end. You may even be surprised as to who wins this one....

The second half of this comic is ugly. We all knew this was coming but this fight is more than just two heroes clashing...these are two married people. The fight is full of hits and tears and a lot of lightning. I have to say that this fight, although not the most physically brutal so far in this series, was the most difficult to read. You can really feel the emotion of Storm and Panther pouring from the pages as the hit each other with their own internal monologues running throughout. It is obvious that they both want different things in life and that this fight would have happened sooner or later anyhow...

This comic has also been consistently amazing every month. I look forward to it and have to force myself to save it for last whenever I have one. There is only one more issue left and we aren't even left with a tease as to who is going to fight. I am really looking forward to it. Oh, and as for this issue? The first fight I give an 8/10 but the second half is a 10/10...for a comic that is supposed to have no story, I was captivated by this.
